Online Registration

You can use this form to register for summer dance camps, special workshops, and classes. You are also welcome to register by mail, phone, or by stopping in to one of our Open House and Registrations.

Once this form is submitted you will be taken to the online payment page, where you can add your classes/fees to your cart and pay now, if you want. If you would prefer to pay by check you can leave the online payment page and instead mail it to: Elevation Dance Inc, P.O. Box 76, Churchville, NY 14428. There is also the option to pay cash or check if you stop in at the studio during business hours.

Please note that there is no registration fee for summer camps or special workshops. The Christian Dance Troupe (CDT) is a FREE class as long as you are registered for at least one other class. If you only wish to register for CDT then monthly tuition will be charged for 1 class. Competition classes are by audition only. Reflections and Opening Number are by invitation only.
